Divorce Mediation is a voluntary, confidential process where a neutral third party helps divorcing couples reach a settlement agreement. The mediator does not make decisions for you. Instead, they facilitate communication to help you settle assets, child or spousal maintenance and parenting plans outside of court. The mediation will thereafter assist with the preparation of a court ready and legally compliant settlement agreement.

We conduct sessions that allow both parties to discuss their issues and work towards a mutual agreement.

Yes, all discussions during mediation sessions are confidential.

The duration varies depending on the complexity of the disputes, but in most cases it usually takes up to 5 sessions to resolve the issues at hand and reach a settlement agreement.
